I have booked trice for travel from dhulia to nagpur trice. The charges for ticket were debited to my account
On 03.12.2016 as under : rs.900/- and rs.900/-
And on 05.12.2016 rs.850/-

For booking of my ticket from dhulia to nagpur as of 19.12.2016
A/c has been debited by rs.900/- + rs.900 on 03.12.2016 and rs.850/- on 05.12.2016. But no ticket was booked but my a/c has been debited through bill dest.

Pleade recredit my a/c at the earliest since i have been generating various transaction through bill desk and also to advise to do from bill desk.

This is unfortunate and if i am not getting ticket booking i will be in trouble.

Reservation is most essential for me.

Very frustrating experience of Billdesk. I have booked tickets from another Payment Gateway and now request you to refund the amount at the earliest.

        I made a payment for MDI Gurgaon worth 2200 Rs, the payment amount was debited but got an error saying pme10007-invalid acquirer response.

        Did not even get a transaction no. However the time stamp and other details which i received over sms are :
        "Thank you for using Debit Card ending 2454 for Rs 2200.00 in MUMBAI at M D I GURGAON-BILLDESK on[protected] : 12:35:15"

        This is pathetic, why did i get this error, how to handle this. Today is the last day for payment.
        BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        On dated 28/9/16 Rs 5000/were dedacted from my credit card for topup on my mob [protected] bsnl.

          I have done a payment to IDBI for the post of Executive through Billdesk payment gateway on the Date 24/11/2016 at 4:13 PM, the amount of Rs.153/- was deducted from my saving bank account (No. [protected], Union Bank of India), but the payment neither received by IDBI nor refunded to my account till date, so kindly look into the matter and refund this amount in my Saving Bank Account as early as pollible....

            I have not received any acknowledgement no. & receipt.

            I have entered into a bsnl landline bill payment of Rs.1062/- on 24/11/2016 vide txn. no. BIL/[protected] for landline bill no.[protected]. My Bank A/c will ICICI got debited but transaction showed error and amount not transferred to BSNL.

            This amount has not been credited to my bank account with ICICI Bank till date.
            Please look into the matter and resolve my complaint at the earliest.

              I had paid electricity bill for pspcl bill via jio money wallet via billdesk merchant, the payment gone from my wallet to merchant bt he did not make payment syucess even didnt reverse me back, please have a strict action on both jio wallet as well as billdesk coz i mailed to n-both for several time they didnt give me any response for my payment, the account number for which is did payment is [protected], [protected], [protected]. These are the 3 bill which i did pay from this, bt didnt got succesfull reciept. They both are fraud companies dont trust plz make a big charge on them i will support the issue via social media as well as regular media, i will definetly go consumer court if not given my payment

                        On friday I ordered 2 pizza from dominos. and the payment was made by paytm the amount is 635. I made this payment by paytm wallete to dominos.
                        But this amount was debited from my account but I didnt recieve any pizza from dominos. when I contact with dominos they denied. Paytm says payment succesfully paid to billdesk. Billdesk didnt give any answer on mail or call.

                        I was paying online to domino's through paytm via billdesk gateway... My paytm money deducted but it was not paid to domino's and my paytm money also deducted from billdesk.. My order i'd is [protected] of amount rs 635.. So please refund my money to my paytm wallet fast... And there is no response from customer care number of kolkata.. I called many times but no one recieved my call..

                          Thank you for using sbi debit card 510xx2194 for a purchase worth rs 5000 on pos [protected] at vodafone-billdesk txn# 239166

                          I request you to look into the matter and please refund my money as it was fraud transaction by someone else not by me. Take action against him.

                            In spite of having sufficient balance the transaction was declined by the merchant banker company billdesk. Also no refund has been made subsequent to the transaction cancellation.

                            I made a payment of Rs. 210 through Billdesk BPC through ICICI netbanking towards BSNL Stv voice recharge. The amount has been debited from my account but the recharge failed.
                            I would expect a prompt response as BillDesk being known for its high standards for being a platform for online bill payment does not call for such neglient actions.

                                I paid my electricity bill in torrent power, Ahmedabad, Gujarat on 13/11/2016 for service no. 922573 of Rs.1810 but the message showed 'connection timed out'.I did this three times and every time same amount was deducted from the account Debit card no.                                 If you have anything to do with this please refund my money as soon as possible.

                                  I have made pament of my electricity bills of maharashtra state electricity distribution company limited (mahadiscom) on 04.11.2016 through bill desk for rs.580.73 in respect of billing unit 4795/kharghar/panvel urban division. but there generated error report and transaction failed whereas the amount was deducted from my credit card. even if on today the amount is not credited to my credit card and the website of mahadiscom is showing no payment.
