Paid Rs 1343/- on 04.04.16 through net banking from Axis bank at 10.42hrs.
Payment not received by BSNL and no receipt generated.
I have never faced such problem earlier.
How come this has happened.
Pl resolve at the earliest.

    Made the payment of LIC Premium amounting to Rs 38403/- but payment receipt not generated. Payment made from Axis bank account.

    Transaction id of LIC is 00235751 dtd 05.04.16, 12.41hrs
    this is for first time I am facing problem.

So kindly advise when will received refund on my amount. We had pay premium without registration with direct user which provide to by lic website.

          I had made online payment of rs858 on dated 7/3/2016 towards landline no[protected]. The amount deducted from my sbi bank account having ref. No.-fsbi[protected]igobpoxry9 & bsnl transaction id fcdro[protected] dt 7/3/2016 time 13:08:19. The amount deducted from my account, but the bsnl portal shows payment still pending. Also no conformation from bsnl given to me by sms or by mail.

            Dear Sir/madam, on[protected] I made online payment for BSNL Landline bill of Rs 775.The amount is debited from my bank account but still now it is not credited in BSNL account.                       My User ID is : [protected]. i have been charged unnecessarily for disconnection which was never intimated to me.

                      Today is the last day for my bill payment and i am chasing your billing desk since 6 days and had no positive response.

                      Today i again called and raised a ticket : 1-[protected] (Kiran).
                      till date i spoke to several people (Samidha varkud, shoib koya) and got many fake promises such as waver and correction in the bill.
                      However, nothing seemed to take place till date as i did not get any email confirmation.

                      Kindly suggest should i pay the bill or discontinue the services?

                              On 17.03.2016 i made online fee payment for tspgecet exam registration of Rs.800/- through my SBH Debit card.
