Transaction failed but money debited

I was trying to pay the amount 225 rs that was required . I tried 3 times but each time transaction failed ..but the money got deducted .total of 775 rs got deducted from my account .but didn't receive anything further .It kept showing failed transaction .I called up the bank and made sure that the transaction was successful at the bank ... now they are telling me that biller can help me solve this problem ... they have some process ..please...

I Paid credit card but got error

Non refund of bill amount

Hi, I paid Chattisgarh State Electricity Board bill of Rs.410 through BillDesk on 03.03.2016.Transaction reference number is FHDF[protected]. Bill reference number is[protected].
But when I open my account in CSEB it supposed to show bill Already paid.but it is not showing already paid & asking to pay. Already money has been deducted from my HDFC account.
Please look into this issue & get resolved....
