I paid my electricity bill of Rs.105 to South Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited through SBI net banking on[protected], 21:00Hrs with bank reference no:IG0BWGJSF3.The amount as been deducted but payment to SBPDCL is not confirmed.This is the first time o[censored]ncertainty by billdesk otherwise it provide s best service and I do have trust on it.Kindly intervene as soon as possible.

      I’ve made an online payment at mseb website towards below mentioned consumer numbers on[protected]. Payment got deducted for both of them, but they are not paid against respective bills. I made both payments through my idbi net-banking (Billdesk gateway).

        My MTNL mobile recharge of Delhi number of Rs 76 not completed through internet banking and billdesk but amount deducted from my SBI account
        with reference number IG0BVUTNF6 at 10.22 pm on 20 April 16, please do the needful action at the earliest. What is the problem in this matter. I have faced the same problem in the earlier and amount is refunded back only after lodging the problem but not automatically.

          On 16.04.2016 i made online fee payment for jharkhand combind (Jceceb) exam regstration id-3600155 registration of rs.1109/- (Including charges) through my sbi debit card. My transaction was failed with error "reasons: sorry!We are unable to process your transaction.Please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries". But the payment is done successfully by txn#[protected] and the amount is debited from my account. But the hard copy of filled application form was unable to print. And after login for several times the payment option window is open again and again to make payment and i am unable to print hard copy of application form so what should i do now? .Please reply me at my e-mail mentioned below.

                  Sir, i am manjula khandelwal, i want to book railway tickets through my punjab national bank debit card but transaction failed suddenly a error message is generated that "reason:sorry we are unable to process your transaction please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries". But the payment is done successfully and the amount is debited from my account and simultaneously my tickets are not booked, this happen twice in a week first on[protected] and second on[protected].                       I have never faced such problem earlier.
                      How come this has happened.
