              My CESC consumer no. is [protected] and you have accepted my ECS Mandate form, confirmed by CESC vide their mail dated 28.08.2015. My banker is State Bank Of India. Monthly bills for September, October and November 2015 were paid by my Bank, but that of December 2015 was returned unpaid with the remark ECS MANDATE NOT RECEIVED. I find this excuse preposterous and untanable, since they have debited my account on 3 occasions as aforesaid. I telephoned you and I was told that you discussed this with SBI. Since I.m not at fault, I would again request you to take up the matter with their Service Branch and set things right without further delay and oblige.
