This is to inform you that while trying to pay my property tax online, massage shown transaction failed but the amount got deducted from my bank a/c. I have checked KMC website and it is still showing the amount as
unpaid and no receipt generated.

Request you to investigate from your end and let me know what action has to be taken from my end.

    I had made a payment of rs 1050 on 6tg of June 2022. The amount is debited from my account but the transaction status was shown error in the screen... I at first want to know if the debited amount is delivered to the merchant and if not when can I get the refund?

          BOTH THE PAYMENTS ARE NOT REFLECTED AGAINST MY CONSUMER NO. ON MSEDCL.

          I REQUEST FOR A REFUND ASAP....

          I was making a contribution of 50 thousand to my e-NPS account (National Pension System) through the Bill Desk payment gateway today (June 3, 2022) but the transaction failed before taking me to the NPS confirmation page. The amount has been debited from my ICICI bank account but not credited to my NPS account.

          PFA screenshot from my bank account for transaction details and the error faced on the billdesk gateway. Please help.

              Today morning I made a NPS contribution of Rs 10, 000 and the money was successfully deducted from my account but on the NPS page it reflected an error. It was done through the bill desk. The Transaction ID is [protected].

                My amount paid for e challan got debited twice from account. First time the webpage of billdesk payment gateway showed error. And my challan was not paid. But amount got debited. I checked again, but it was unpaid. So i paid it for the second time. Amount got debited and challan was paid. But the amount which got debited at first was not refunded by billdesk. They are not even replying to me. Very bad experience. One month has passed but they are not taking the responsibility.

                    I recharged my SBIFastTag using Google Pay. BillDesk was the Payment Gateway. I use ICICI Bank account.
                    Amount is debited but recharge was failure. It is coming like Confirmation Awaiting, in SBI FastTag.

                          Dear sir,
                          I have made my payment for the application for AIIMS Bsc.nursing hons courses entrance exam to AIIMS BILLDESK. The payment was successful with my UPI I'd and 1500 rupees was debited from my account but in the AIIMS payment page an error occurred and my registration got cancelled.Now I don't know what to do.
