Transaction failed but amount deducted.

Today on 23/09/2015 around 9:30 am, while filing the Application form for CAT exam 2015, I made the payment of Rs.808.66 by my debit card o[censored]nion Bank of India, to client IIM Ahmedabad, through billdesk which were deducted from my Union Bank of India account but the site showed Transaction failed. since the transaction failure was shown no transaction Id in particular appeared on screen.Kindly refund the same amount to my account. On22/9/2015, I tried to recharge my mobile (Mobile No. [protected]) in the BSNL webiste www.bsnl.in using BillDesk portal. The recharge amount was Rs. 220/- I opted for internet banking (ICICI Credit Card). The amount got deducted from my account but my mobile was not recharged even after waiting for nearly an hour. Regarding unauthorized charge

Transaction failed and money deducted, no track who have the money

I made the below 2 transactions from Paytm for ordering at Dominos. The orders were not successful but Paytm is saying that they have processed the money to Dominos. But again Dominos is saying that they have not received any amounts for the below BILLDESK Orders.
