Dear Sir/madam,
On[protected] i made online payment for BSNL Landline bill of Rs 1785.The amount is debited from my bank account but still now it is not credited in BSNL account. Bsnl website shows the amount is still not credited.the sudden server down affected the process. i did not recieved any message from Billdesk to my email or mobile number.i am really afraid, the money is debited from my bank account .. please solve the issue immediately.
The details regarding the transaction are given below,

the last date for landline bill payment is already over.please credit the money to bsnl account or please reverse back the amount to the debited account as early as possible.
Complaint marked as Resolved Thanks for all for resolving my billing problem.the payment become successful now.quick response from the biildesk team through email after the complaint posted on consumercomplaint.in, they say it may solved within 48 hours.now its become successfull and i got the receipt also from BSNL. thanks to consumercompalints.in for giving me a platform for resolve my problem ...
BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I am too suffering from the same issue. Rs.888 gone. I too tried to order Dominos through Patm Wallet. Similarly orders were failed at final page and no order placed with Dominos. Paytm is saying they processed to Dominos and Dominos is saying they did not receive the money.
