Dear Sir, Dated 20/08/2015, I paid online recharge payment Rs.1097/- through my Allahabad Bank Debit Card. The amount of payment had cut from my bank account but my mobile not recharged. According BillDesk suggestion, I send him a scanned copy of Debit card with amount debited proof but BillDesk not take supported action related to this matter. Please help me.       With due respect i would like to inform you that i was paying the C-TET exam fees through billdesk today evening, then the money had been deducted from my SBI account.It shows the narration - "POS PRCH POS [protected] Billdesk.com_BillPay SBIPG " in SBI account, but in my CTET account it still shows that my payment has not been done yet.I got a message from SBI - " Thank you for using SBI Debit Card ********* for a purchase worth Rs605 on POS[protected] at Billdesk.com_Billpay txn#[protected] " . Sir, Tomorrow is the last date of the payment of examination fees.Please kindly help me to get rid of this trouble.Either give me back my money in my account (A/C[protected], NAME- Ranjit Kumar Hazra) or complete the payment process as soon as possible.

          Sir I made a transaction of Rs 15420 through bill desk when i was booking an air ticket to Spice jet on 19 Aug 2015. the amount was deducted from my SBI bank A/c but the same was not paid to Spice jet. Transaction description is POS [protected] at Billdesk.com txn#[protected] . So please refund my amount and credit it to my A/c No [protected] as earliest.

                I have made my credit card payment of Rs.19048.24 on 06th August, but still the payment is not done. The bank is already charged a late fee charge, payment through billdesk really sucks.I didn't expect such pathetic service from them. Please reverse back the amount to the debited account as early as possible. Transaction details in my SBI account is showing as DSBI[protected]IG0AMFKDU0 TRANSFER TO[protected]. Please cal me @[protected] in case of any concern.

                    Dear Sir, i have paid Rs. 699/- (transaction no. txt#[protected] from my sbi bank) for subscription of The Hindu news paper through BillDesk in online on 07.08.15 @ 5:01pm. but that transaction has not successful. money has debited from my account to billdesk but the amount has not transferred to The Hindu. I have tried Bill Desk Customer Care via telephone, but they are not lifting calls. Please arrange return back my money to my bank account no. However, once again I made payment to the said reg. number after payment it is noticed that twice the amount has been deducted from single reference number (i.e POS 00005077 txn#[protected].                           Please refer the details provided by SBI_ONLINE account statement. Date : 19-Jul-2015, Subject : To Transfer INB Bajaj Allianz General Insurance BAJAJ-GI Payments. Ref No : DSBI[protected]IG0AJKUPE6 TRANSFER TO[protected]. Sir i had paid a sum of 1585.00 INR to Bajaj Allianz General Insurance online through SBIONLINE. Due to a slow net connection BILLDESK online portal did not take me back to Bajaj Allianz website after I had paid the above sum online through SBI ONLINE. Hence no transfer confirmation could be received neither from BILLDESK nor from BAJAJ Allianz. Sir in such an event BILLDESK usually remitts the amount within 3 working days back to Bank. However it has been 7 days now that BILLDESK has not remmitted it back. This has not been the first case with me...earlier also I had lodged a complaint with you, only then I was remitted money with regards to an online mobile recharge. This will definitely lead to a bad reputation of BILLDESK. I request u to please get my Insurance amount of 1585.00 INR credited back to my account. Regards Naveen Negi

                              sun direct dth recharged for three months worth rs.417. through bill desk.com transaction id no:[protected] on 2/7/2015 the amount deducted from my SBI account through bill desk.com but not recharged by the billdesk .i called customer care of sun direct dth service but they replied not recharged by the billdesk.com so make arrangements to recharge

                                    I recharged my BSNL mobile phone # [protected] using BillDesk Internet banking option. My account is in Canara Bank, Mulamkunnathukavu branch. The account # is[protected]. The transaction was made at 11:29:33 on the 26th June 2015 (the recharge amount of Rs.1, 100.00 was debited to my account at that time). However my phone was not recharged. The BillDesk reference # for this transaction was DCNB[protected]. My money has not been refunded so far.Please check and advise.                                       Dear Sir/Madam, I have paid INR 306 for UP Lekhpal Requirement 2015 via YES Bank internet banking on July 21, 2015 with reference no DYBK[protected] SBCOLLE after the payment i suppose to get DU reference number but i have not received and for this reason i lose to apply for this requirement. I requested you to please resolve the issue and provide me compensation from them....
