I have already made the online payment of electric bill (WBSEDCL) for the billing month July, '15, August, '15 & September, '15 for rupees 3211.56 (including bank charges) vide transaction ref. no.: IGOAHTMBT0 on 09/07/2015 against consumer ID[protected], Consumer Name: Harakali Ghosh. But till date no transaction receipt have been generated from your end.
Now, either arrange to refund my money deducted if payment procedure not completed so that further payment can be made from my end or generate payment receipt against my payment for the billing month July, August & September, '15 to avoid any further confusion & also for my future record.
BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

what can i do ?
Can i know the order details/person's details.
I filed a complaint against this malpractice.
But no response is there.
