I attempted to pay my household CESC monthly bill amounting Rs 2110 once through debit card (UBI) and another time through netbanking (UBI) on 18/7/2015 and 19/7/2015. Both times the payment showed successful however the transaction kept failing on the redirection page after waiting for around 5-10 mins. I had notified Billdesk support regarding this but i have not got the refund. I request them to look into the matter with utmost importance.

    I had made netbanking payment for ebay to purchase Micromax Nitro A311 on 11.07.2015 through my Indian Bank account i.e via BILLDESK DINB[protected]/EBAY/ TRANSFER TO[protected]. Whereas the ebay has not yet delivered the said mobile to me and hence please clarify the payment details. If payment is credited then how to proceed further against the recipient not to compile my purchase order.

            On 06/07/2015 At12.02hrs i recharged mtnl delhi mob no [protected] for Rs 300/ ( Three hundred) transtion ID DCMP [protected] But the recharge FAILED. I did not receive any refund in my HDFC credit card through which the payment was made

The amount was debited from my SBI account, but in the SpiceJet portal the status of the transaction is mentioned as failed.I request you to make immediate refund of Rs.10268/- to my account enabling me to make fresh booking with airline.

The same amount was deducted from my SBI debit card account. Unfortunately I failed to note down the Transaction ID believing upon the past. My account in IDEA CELLULAR [protected] shows no recharge history of above and this no. [protected] has stopped functioning.                   I have paid my BSNL landline phone bill through internet banking on 9.7.2015. The amount was debited from my bank account, but in the BSNL portal the status of the transaction is mentioned as failed. Till today(14.7.2015) the amount was not refunded to my bank account. I herewith attached the photocopy of the cyber receipt for the deduction of amount and the failure information provided in the BSNL portal as a PNG file

                    sirs, The above said amount was debited to our bank account with Punjab and sind bank on 10.7.2015 and was not credited to airtel mobile account. I understand that said amount was debited but could not be credited to my service provider.ie airtel delhi since then i had already paid the my airtel bill again. you are requested now to kindly refund / reverse my amount of rs. 870.00 lying with you. regards.

                          On 10th May I had ordered Dominos Pizza and I made the payment through Paytm. The money was deducted from my Paytm wallet but the order did not get complete. I was again redirected to Dominos payment page I had contacted Paytm regarding this and they said the transaction is showing successful from their side to BILLDESK.However the order did not get confirmed from Dominos side.                                 I have already made the online payment of electric bill (WBSEDCL) for the billing month July, '15, August, '15 & September, '15 for rupees 3211.56 (including bank charges) vide transaction ref. no.: IGOAHTMBT0 on 09/07/2015 against consumer ID[protected], Consumer Name: Harakali Ghosh. But till date no transaction receipt have been generated from your end. Now, either arrange to refund my money deducted if payment procedure not completed so that further payment can be made from my end or generate payment receipt against my payment for the billing month July, August & September, '15 to avoid any further confusion & also for my future record.
