Dear Sir, I had given my Honda Unicorn Bike for general service on 20/04/22 and on assessment I was informed that Bike fork got bent and cone set to be changed at an estimate of INR5, 000 with delivery by 23/04/22. When I reached to them, they informed that component is out of stock and delivery will happen by 26/04/22 after multiple complaints and phone calls, I directly went to the showroom and met the manager, Mr.Ranjith on 30/04/22 and he admitted the delay not because of their fault, When I asked for delivery without service, he told it's unsafe to ride (Which I didn't feel when I gave for service) and would try to fix up in a days time. Today I got a SMS from HONDA that the issue resolved, and when I visited the showroom, after making me wait for an Hour, I was told that Bike would be made ready only by tomorrow.
Please find the attachment on the discharge summary of my mother who got hospitalized in between without Bike I was struggling in this scorching heat and this reckless management of JSP Honda, Thirumangalam treats me like a dirt. I hope there is some light at the end of the tunnel. Can a showroom take possession of a vehicle for 14 days for a small complaint??Is this what the Japaneese management all about??
