Transaction does not shows up

Address:17-2-134,beside BSNL office,Amadalavalasa

I made a transaction from bill desk and firstly the transaction number displayed and when i search the transactions in billdesk portal through phone number it doesnt show up the transactions....

Payment made to MNGL but showing as unpaid

On Saturday 23.04.2022, I had made a payment on MNGL site from ICICI Bank internet banking via BillDesk for Rs 1960.00 and the amount has been debited from my account. It has not been received by MNGL and they are showing as unpaid. The transaction ID is[protected]. Customer no 50053966

Please look into the matter and resolve the payment to MNGL and inform....

Money deducted from icici to bill desk

Hi,

Recently I have paid 2003.89 rs to Canara Hsbc life insurance through online netbanking icici and it went to bill desk. But till today i didnt recieved any information about confirmation of payment.

Bill desk, please look into the details and help in reverting back my money

Payment made but Air India Tickets not issued

Amount debited but not reflecting in nps account

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please be informed that I have made a payment of INR 50, 000/- on 20-April-2022. The amount has been deducted however it is not reflecting to the NPS account. Please see the attached screenshots for your reference.

Payment status is not updated

Yesterday(19/4/2022) I applied for ECGC exam and I made a payment of Rs.178 by Billdesk. The payment is deducted from my account but it is not showing in the application. please update the status of the payment as soon as possible. Because today is last date for make a payment....

1) Amount of Rs.2049 was debited from my account on 28/2/2022 for payment of yes bank credit card through bill desk. reference no. : S/[protected]. Attached debit bank statement.
2) Attached yes bank credit card letter confirming they have not received payment.

3) Kindly contact billdesk and ask them to either pay to yes bank or refund us the money....

Account debited twice against a single application

Address:Sodepur, Uttar Natagarh, P.O Pansila, Makaltala, Near Projapoti Bari

I had to make a payment for PSC WBCS EXE. 2022 examination. First transaction got failed showing the pop up " time out". I tried to make a payment once again in the same day (23/03/2022), but it showed the same pop up as previous. I waited for 24 hours and saw that the payment was successful against the application. However, against a single application Rs 210.00 was debited twice from my account. And I didn't get my Rs. 210.00 till date...

Payment transaction error

I have made a payment of ₹130 in billdesk site for davv migration certificate and mponline reference no. for this transaction is[protected]. But it showed error in site and amount as been deducted from my account....

About refund of my money back to my account

I am Megha kharadi, I had paid Rs 1800 as kv school fees of Vaibhav kharadi (id - [protected] ) on 13th of April 2022 at 02:22pm through my google pay upi id ([protected]@okicici) to billdesk upi id ( billdeskpg.[protected]@hdfcbank).
The Transaction was successful but students school fees was not paid, then I submitted school fees by other way.
But I can't received my money back or refunded.

I paid 210 INR to recharge tata play set top box through phone pay and the amount was also debited from my bank account and phone pay shows transaction successful but tata play set top box was still not recharged, then i had to recharge through paytm, here the recharge was successful but what about the 210 INR deducted from the account and not showing in tata play balance, i tried to contact phone pay customer service and they referred me...

Amount not credited to the merchant account

Hello,

NPS transaction failed on app but my money is deducted

I tried to contribute 50k to my NPS account via UPI on PhonePe using BillDesk. The app said my transaction failed but my money was deducted from my account. Please issue the refund back to my account. Snapshot of transaction attached....
