I want to bring notice about a major cyber-crime happening in Haryana state through fraud website of Haryana Urban Development Authority running at https://59.145.173.86/Pages/default.aspx USING BILLDESK PAYMENT GATEWAY.

I suspect that this type of online payment financial fraud happened with me is not easily possible without hacking of official website data AND WITHOUT THE HELP OF BILLDESK GATEWAY

I have made an enhancement fee payment of INR 155659/- through the official website of HUDA(https://hsvphry.org.in/) but no receipt has been received. I have checked with my bank Kotak Mahindra(branch Bathinda) and the branch manager informed me that they have made the payment to PG HUDA(as per bank statement) as per the site entered through Billdesk. Transaction details given below:

Merchant payment transaction reference number: W[protected] which has been successfully updated to merchant on[protected] towards reference number:[protected].

I have enquired from the HUDA office at toll free number[protected] and they informed me that they have not received my payment of INR 155659/-. As Payment aggregator BILLDESK has confirmed that the payment is made to the merchant as per details given above, then why the merchant is denying that no payment is received at their end. In this case I requested many times to BILLDESK to provide me with the merchant details like Account Name and number, Account Bank and Branch to which BILLDESK made the payment. NO AUTHENTIC SUPPORT AND REPLY FROM BILLDESK. CHANCES ARE THERE BILLDESK ALSO INVOLVED.

    On April 25 2022 i have paid the nimcet form amount of ₹1270.06 and amount debited from my account, the payment shown pending so i did it again on 03 may 2022 and the amount debited from my account again. But I didn't get the refund in both payment my amount debited.
    Please help me in this matter

      Dear Sir, I had given my Honda Unicorn Bike for general service on 20/04/22 and on assessment I was informed that Bike fork got bent and cone set to be changed at an estimate of INR5, 000 with delivery by 23/04/22. When I reached to them, they informed that component is out of stock and delivery will happen by 26/04/22 after multiple complaints and phone calls, I directly went to the showroom and met the manager, Mr.Ranjith on 30/04/22 and he admitted the delay not because of their fault, When I asked for delivery without service, he told it's unsafe to ride (Which I didn't feel when I gave for service) and would try to fix up in a days time. Today I got a SMS from HONDA that the issue resolved, and when I visited the showroom, after making me wait for an Hour, I was told that Bike would be made ready only by tomorrow.
      Please find the attachment on the discharge summary of my mother who got hospitalized in between without Bike I was struggling in this scorching heat and this reckless management of JSP Honda, Thirumangalam treats me like a dirt. I hope there is some light at the end of the tunnel. Can a showroom take possession of a vehicle for 14 days for a small complaint??Is this what the Japaneese management all about??

        Complaint related while recharging kerala vision broad band once I made a recharge the process was unsuccessful and money debited from my account then I do second time the recharge was successfully done but two times 494₹ debited from my account

                    On 30/4/2022 I recharge my fastag account via Gpay. It shows "In Processing". Later it shows "Transanction Success". Amount debited in my bank account. It has been two days, but still the amount is not credited in my fastag account.

                        I have done a transaction on SpiceJet website on 1st May 2022. Transaction was done via Paytm App and it was marked success.

                        Unfortunately, the transaction was not done at SpiceJet end. When I talked with SpiceJet customer care, they told me to contact payment merchant ie.. BILLDESKutil.
                        Could you please check below details.
                        I would like to get my money back immediately.

                            I have made municipality tax payment 28/04/2022 to the GOVT OF WEST BENGAL but it showed me DECLINED then.
                            Later I made the payment once again but now the first one is showing as CREDITED.
                            Now I am requesting you to stop that payment and return the money back to my account.

                                      I purchased an Air India ticket (worth INR 1, 74, 603) from my mother's account on 29/04/2022 (attached reference). Now, as this is a large amount, I do not have enough to buy again unless I get a refund.
