I have registered W.B.C.S. (EXECUTIVE) ETC. EXAMINATION, 2015
application form on 15/02/2015 and submitted it successfully..My
logged in registration no is NTP0006934..I have paid exam fee for
W.B.C.S. (EXECUTIVE) ETC. EXAMINATION, 2015 application by online by a
SBI DEBIT CARD on 15/02/2015...
Billdesk have cut 215.62 /-from my account...215.62 /- deducted from my SBI account ...The BILLDESK transaction id is showing POS[protected] in my bank account
details..But till now my payment status is showing "PAYMENT FAILED"..
What can i do now...??

        Sir, kindly refund me Rs. 5520/-. Some one cheated me calling from mobile no. [protected] on 11/2/15 at 9.53am. that my atm card's pin no.is going to be block ed and needing change and asked me to give details of my atm card. So I gave and then that person purchased article worth Rs. 2, 020/- afterward he withdrawn 3000/- and then 500/- online. When I received message of purchasing from BOI I surprised and I am shocked. Kindly refund me.
        Details:
        I got messages like following
        BOI Star Sandesh Rs 2020 has been debited to your account XX0085 from POS-OXICASH-BILLDESK on 11-02-15. available balance is 3743. and another are similar for deduction of 3000/- and then 500/-

        These transactions are fraud. identify details of these transactions

            I had recharged number through Vodafone website.The payment gateway managed by Bill Desk. The Transaction numbers were BICI[protected], BICI[protected] . The recharges were done on 11 the Feb 2015.
            I have not got refund from Vodafone/Bill desk.
            Please expedite the process of refund.

              I have made an online recharge of Rs. 130.00 on MTNL mobile no. [protected] on 09/02/2015 but recharge was not done and shown as failed. Refer Transaction ID. BUDC[protected] from Mumbai. If recharge has failed then my amount of 130.00 rupees should be credited to my Union Bank of India account. Kindly take a serious note of the complaint & do the need full urgently.

                      I tried to make an electric bill payment of Rs. 2400.00 (Total Rs.2429.76 including all charges) in odishadiscoms.com. Transaction details are: POS 00005078 at Billdesk.com_BillPay IN txn#[protected]. The amount got debited from my SBI debit card but bill desk transaction page showed the transaction as failed. I have attached a screenshot of the failed transcton. I hope that you will look into this problem and will not break my trust on the service you are providing allowing me to continue using your good service.Thanks

                        I have paid Vodafone post paid phone ([protected]) bill of amount 486 on 5th February, 2015 using quick pay option of Vodafone which is BillDesk service. There is failed response from BillDesk page. But the amount is deducted from my credit card. I didn't get any acknowledgement from BilDesk or Vodafone. I sent as mail to [protected]@billdesk.com as it is mentioned in failed transaction page. One day over, no reply from BillDesk... I am trying to call Bangalore customer care number 2558 5557, which is, as usual, always busy. I am not sure what should I do now! I'll pay Vodafone again using BillDesk or will not pay!

                          hi i made online paymet on jssc.nic.in to pay for online form submisson on 03.02.2015. my payment is not success but my amount deduct by rs 500. and next day i pay for online rs 500 successfully then its show payble.my problem is why double amount deduct from my ac for same purpose.my 03.02.2015 rs 500 debit is wrong please help me and back my 500 rs. i made my payment on 03.02.2015 on sbi visa debit card my wrong deduction transaction id is[protected].

                            I Had paid bill for my +91-[protected] Ac No[protected] For Rs 782/- through my SBI CREDIT CARD on 04 feb2014 The Said transaction was made from my Credit Card & the confirmation for the same Received at 2205hrs. However the bill portal shows my bill as pending.you are requested to check the same as to why the bill is still pending at the earliest or revert the fund back to my credit card.

                                        Account No- [protected] Email- sahoo.[protected]@outlook.com Sir/Madam, I have paid two times for single form of NICL Assistant exam 2015 on 31st January 2015 with SBI Internet banking in which one transaction was failed and another was successful. And when I checked out I was charged two times for a single form and both the transactions were successful. I have paid 509.85 twice for each transaction.
