I have made a payment of Rs. 494 for CESC Electricity bill and the consumer number is [protected]. But it is showing that the payment was not made as the transaction somehow got cancelled though the money has been deducted. Will I get the refund? Please look into the matter....

I tried to book bus ticket on Ksrtc.in website on 28/01/2015 when I tried to pay using Yes Bank Netbanking option my account got debited two times but ticket not booked. Kindly refund the amount of 738 x 2times. Please refer the attached image....
