Dear Billdesk team, I use billdesk regularly to pay my HDFC credit card payment. Today while doing the transaction the page stopped at an error after logging into my Icici bank account. Now the money got debited, but the transaction is not complete. Please reverse the transaction.               I made online payment for electrice bill dtd. 29.9.14 for Rs. 9787.86 of BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd. through Canara Bank ATM cum debit card my transactions was failed with error "Reasons: sorry! we are unable to process your transaction. Please contact us at [protected]@billdisk.com for any queries" what to do now?                     sir, i had tried recharging my bsnl mobile through bsnl portal on 16th september 2014 for an amount of Rs 220/-.though the amount was deducted but recharge was not successful.
