    I rechareged from tata docomo site my mobile number with an amount of Rs
    222 on 20/03/13 around 8 PM. But due to some technical error recharge was
    not done. when I checked my bank statement, amount was debited from it.

    I talked to bank, but they did not give the transaction id saying do not
    have netbanking so they can not reveal it. but I can give you the proof of
    my money debited from passbook statement and online transaction details.

      Myself Rohit Bariwal account No. [protected] o[censored]BI, while submitting the examination fees for SBI PO and MP ONLINE ITI Exam 2013 on date. 23.02.2013 and 8.03.2013 on online when I click to the final online payment option which is secure code the error message displayed, I clicked on “No” option. In-spite of this the amount of Rs. 204.50 and Rs. 608.99 deducted from my account. As the message was coming, I tried further twice for online payment.
      The transaction Numbers are ePAY/To:BILLDESK PAYMENT/13873667/SBI and[protected] for MP ONLINE.

      So kindly arrange returning of the said amount please.

        after few minut i am submit fee second time then my balance deduct second time rupees 2451.24 and fee was submit my university.

              Vodafone — Excess bill amount debited from debit card

              Sir/ Madam,
              I had made a payment of Rs 532/- for the no-[protected], on 13th Oct 2008 through my debit card, at the vodafone store in nerul, mumbai.But the payment was debited twice from my account.
              I checked it with my bank only to find that the store had swiped my card twice whereas I had signed only one receipt for Rs 532/-.
              After several trips to the same store I am being asked by their executive attending to my complaint, to wait for some more time till they sort out the matter. Each time I have to speak to a new executive and after repeating the same story again they simply say that they cannot solve my problem as some other executive had attended the complaint and only he would be able to solve it.
              When I asked to speak with that executive they say he's on leave and they would get back to me after discussing it with that executive, which has not happened so far and I am sure that the store executives are just wasting my time and pretend to provide a solution.
              All I want to say to vodafone is that dont just say "HAPPY TO HELP", but see to it that you do what you say and provide a concrete solution to the customer in need.

              I m having saving account with ICICI bank at Mohali near chandigarh no.[protected]. Bank had debited my account for unsucessful transation amouting to Rs.250/- on 15.3.2010. I have approached to the bank with relavent proofs and also many times sent e-mail but approx. 24 days passed and till date nothing done by icici bank .                         The reply sent by you is self contradictory:

                        1. On April 2,2012 You had mentioned "The below mentioned payment has been successfully processed from our end through transaction reference number MSBI[protected] for Rs.9576.52 on 31.03.12."
                        2. After that no communication has been sent to me till July 4,2012 until I highlighted the matter and demanded receipt.

                        3. On 5th July you have replied "We have contacted the biller and they have confirmed that the refund for the mentioned payment has been initiated at their end with ID MSBI[protected]. It will take 5-7 working days to credit the amount in your account."

                        4. Today you have mentioned " it was not a real time sucess tranasation hence it got refunded "

                        There is big contradictions in the replies sent by you and I suspect something very fishy about the same.

                        1. Why was it said that the it has been successfully processed on April 2 mentioned in Point no 1 ?
                        2. Why was no communication sent to me about failure if it was not real time success and refunded ?
                        3. Why was the refund not processed and set back to me immediately and fraudulently held back for 4 months ?
                        4 Why was I kept in dark for approximately 4 months?
                        5. On 5th July why wrong information was sent that "We have contacted the biller and they have confirmed that the refund for the mentioned payment has been initiated at their end with ID MSBI[protected]. It will take 5-7 working days to credit the amount in your account.
                        6. Kindly confirm whether the biller has ever received the money or not ?
                        7. What is the refund date from the biller?
                        8. Kindly provide me with the confirmation from the biller that they have initiated a refund procedure after 5th July.
                        9. Kindly also provide me the contact details of your higher authorities as I wish to escalate the matter since I am due to incur financial penal loss due to the lapses mentioned above.
                        10. You have conveniently kept silent on my submission of penal actions and losses I would suffer, Kindly mention your stand and what remedial action you suggest in this regard.
                        11. I sincerely urge you to settle the mess created asap as the sequence of events suggest clear cut Deficaincy in service, misrepresentation of facts and fraud which qualify legal remedies.

                          sir, i want my LIC premiums should be attached with my salry slip so as to make easy for me to fill my premium time to time

                          Vodafone — Failed transactions also deducted amount from debit card

                          Hi Sir,

                          On Dec-15th, i visited the vodafone store to pay my bill using swipe machine. But, while doing so the transactions failed. I have tried 6 times and all the times it got failed, but the money was deducted from my debit card. The total amount is 1429*6=8574.

                          I have submitted the transaction details from citi bank to the vodafone store on 31st of december. They said that, the amount will get back on 5th of January 2010.

                          Today, I have visited the store and asked about my request. They said that, they need the cancellation form from the bank so that they can proceed.

                          I contacted the Bank customer care and they said that, the transactions are successful at their end the problem is from the vodafone. And said, there is no such form with them. The Bank people said that, the amount is with the vodafone store and they can give it by check or DD.

                          But, the store people are saying they need the form from the bank as, all the transactions happened to the vodafone store should be canceled so that they can give the money back to me.

                          Please help me on this. This is very irritating to me.

                          ICICI Bank Limited — Credit Not Providing Against Un-Successful Transactions

                          I Have done my mobile recharge thru ICICI Debit Card, amount is debited to my account and recharge not yet done till. I have send mail thru my ICICI online account. I got reply say's that According to our records the mentioned transaction of Rs.444 has been approved & claimed by Visa, hence reversal of this transaction is not possible.

                          They are asking written complaint has to send as address mentioned in their reply mail. but iam not in india from last 2 1/5 years, for sending complaint thru courier is costly than my transaction amount.

                          Kindly help me , its not matter of amount for me, its matter of customer service. If bank doesn't have right to get refund from Visa means cutomer has to loose the money or Visa doesn't have responsibility once transaction is un-successfull to reund the amount to bank.

                          Kindly accept my request and help others in future from banks in these transactions.

                                      My name is Sanjeevrao B Kulkarni working in Department of Mines and geology Government of Karnataka in Hospet. I am having S/B account in State Bank of India, Dharwar Gandhi Nagar Branch . My A/C No is [protected]. I have not obtained credit card form the bank. I have never used my ATM card as debit card to purchase anything in any business establishment. But from June 14th 2010 to July 11th 2010 every alternate day totally 57000 /-(Rs fifty seven thousand ) Rs worth purchase have made and paid this amount from my account. Payment is made through Avenue India Pvt Ltd (Terminal Id No 6001)and Billdesk (Terminal Id No1001). These are the gateway payment centers.

                                      On 30th july I have visited Dharwar branch and enquired about this episode.. They accepted my request and provided me Avenue India and Billdesk centers name.

                                      Then I have sent a mail to Avenue India Pvt Ltd and Billdesk requesting them to give details to whome they made payment.Anenue India's staff one Mr. Nittin spoke to me and accepted some points.

                                      Sir there are some norms to become a member of Avenue India Pvt Ltd and Billdesk gateway payment centers. I am not a member of these centers.



                                      Sir please treat this as complaint and investigate
