        I made a HDFC credit card ([protected]) payment of Rs 1907 on 26th Jan 2022 via paytm. The amount has been deducted from my account but amount is not credited in my credit card account .[protected] is my upi tefrence number.

          To BillDesk,
          On 26 Jan, 2022, I made a payment of Rs.305 for my tatasky account recharge via phonepe billdesk but I have not got any recharge. The payment on phonepe says successful and amount is deducted from my bank account. Tatasky and phonepe both are not resolving issue. I want the urgent action on the issue.

              I faced the same UPI payment issue. Money was debited from my account and nothing reflected on the Billdesk page. Registered a complaint here and no response from them so far. Billdesk is very ignorant of their customers.

                I made credit card bill payment through SBI card app in that I choose Paytm as payment option.i paid 17980rs through Paytm by entering UPI pin .after that money got debited but in SBI card app showing transaction not successfull..help me give me refund or . reflect the same in my credit card

                I was making payment of exam fees to IBPS (ibps.[protected]@hdfcbank) for SEBI Grade A examination. They payment failed but Form fees of INR 1000 was debited from my bank account. Please reverse the payment.

                Also when I try to raise the issue on the official website, it says error something went wrong. Please fix that too.

                    Today morning I have made the payment of Rs. 7583.31 to My ICICI credit card. But I have recieved an error message as "Pages Unresponsive" from Billdesk payments portal page. But amount was deducted from my HDFC savings account. And it was not credited to my credit card account.

                              I was recharging my number with BSNL Selfcare app. As it asked me to opt for payment, I entered my UPI ID and this app again asked me to open the respective payment app. When I opened promptly my Phone Pe app, it notified me for payment to Billdesk . Then I made my payment and it got successful, but Recharge in the app is showing failed.
                              I am attaching herewith the receipt of successful payment for your ready reference.

                                The payment of 51478/- has deducted from my account but my credit card bill didn't paid. And now it has been passed more than 3 days but still it is not paid and also not get any refund in my Ac.

                                    On 17 jan2022 ..I had made a transaction of 361₹ for my tata sky recharge.. using phone pay -Billdesk ..the amount is successfully created to [protected]@ybl ..but yet there is no recharge done to my Tata sky dish tv wallet..nd also not the amount is refunded back to me..i had given a complaint to phone pay .but yet no action is taken on it... kindly help me in this issue..nd solve it as soon as possible.
