Done online validity recharge for MTNL for Rs.245 through Billdesk for mobile no [protected] through mtnlmumbai.in . The Payment is made through BHIM UPI on 10th Jan, 2022, 7.49PM The payment transaction ID is[protected]. The payment is credited to [protected]@icici.
The SIM validity is not extended till now.

    Dear team,
    I paid my electricity bill of RS 2100 only by bihar bijli bill pay and amount is deducted from my account but is not paid(failed).Please check my transaction of consumer I'd [protected] and please refund the amount as soon as possible so I don't have to pay any penaltyand I am attaching the screenshot of the same for your reference

      NPS Contribution amount debited from bank but did not complete transaction and receipt is not generated.

      On 10th January, 2022 I tried to make a contribution of Rs 50, 000 into my NPS account through Billdesk gateway. The amount got deducted from my ICICI bank account, but the Billdesk page showed an error and the amount was not added to the NPS account. So, now the amount is debited from my bank account but not credited to NPS account. Please see attached screenshot. Kindly help process the refund of Rs 50, 000 at the earliest....

                Utility payment (MSEDCL https://wss.mahadiscom.in/) done through my HDFC Credit Card on 6th Dec 2021. Which is not reflecting on MSEDCL payment view. But the Amount has been deducted from my Credit Card.

                Payment done through Billdesk payment gateway, don't have transaction reference number. and till date no return payment transaction has happened to my credit card.

                                Today o 6nd January at 5:30 pm initiated a contribution of Rs 50, 000 into my NPS account through Billdesk gateway. The amount got deducted from my ICICI bank account, but the Billdesk page showed an error and the amount was not added to the NPS account. So, now the amount is debited from my bank account but not credited to NPS account.

                                Please help process the refund of Rs 50, 000 at the earliest or ensure it reach my NPS account.
