      Today o 6nd January at 5:30 pm initiated a contribution of Rs 50, 000 into my NPS account through Billdesk gateway. The amount got deducted from my ICICI bank account, but the Billdesk page showed an error and the amount was not added to the NPS account. So, now the amount is debited from my bank account but not credited to NPS account.

      Please help process the refund of Rs 50, 000 at the earliest or ensure it reach my NPS account.

              50K Amount deducted from bank but transaction failed at NPS from billdesk gateway

              I was making a contribution of 50K to my e-NPS account (National Pension System) through Bill Desk payment gateway today (04 Jan 2022) but the transaction failed before taking me to NPS confirmation page. Amount has been debited from my ICICI bank account but not credited to my NPS account. I used internet banking to pay it. Attaching the bank account statement screenshot for reference....

                NPS Contribution amount debited from bank but not credited in NPS account

                On Sunday 2nd January, i tried to make a contribution of Rs 15, 000 into my NPS account through Billdesk gateway. The amount got deducted from my ICICI bank account, but the Billdesk page showed an error and the amount was not added to the NPS account. So, now the amount is debited from my bank account but not credited to NPS account. Please see attached screenshot. Kindly help process the refund of Rs 15, 000 at the earliest....
