    I made a recharge of Rs.1499 today at 9:32PM to BSNL via BillDesk (Paytm UPI option). The amount is debited but BSNL does not show any transaction history.
    Also, PAYTM is not able to generate a transaction receipt for the same.

    I have attached images of the "Transaction Completed" image from BSNL app (Which surprisingly disappeared later) as well as snippet from my bank statement.

    Please do the needful and refund the money. Thanks!

        Hi,

        I have deposited Rs, 10000 via netbanking on 12th Nov 2021. TRANSACTION NUMBER:[protected] via EDUPRO360 BILLDESK. But it got debited in bank account and didn't get reflected in betway account. It's been more than 14 working days. Kindly help me out with this issue. I have attached the bank statement with this mail.

          Bill payment deduct from ac but not credit in bill

          I have used 'bill desk' services to pay the electricity bill of ADANI ELECTRICCITY company limited) as on 30/11/2021 MY A/C NUMBER[protected]. But yet payment has not been received to ADANI ELECTRICITY from bill desk payments, while amount had been deduced from bank account and transaction status shows ERROR.                 TSSPDCL usn[protected] debited twice for the same bill from ICICI UPI REF no[protected] UPI ref no[protected]... please reverse an of amount of Rs 1245 to Icici ..You cannot charge me twice for the same bill.

                  Sir on 30/10/21 I have initiated a merchant transaction from my SBI net banking of amount 12000 through bill desk inb edupro 360 having reference no IGAMICSOB2 to my parimatch betting account...but unfortunately money deducted from my SBI account but not deposited to my betting account till now or refunded to me..I have a already Lodge a complain at SBI customer care they replied that money transaction was successful to d merchant site...but till now money not credited to either my betting account or saving SBI account...plz kindly solve my issues...

                      I was trying to contribute in NPS Tier 2, Total 2011.80 INR was deducted from my back account but in the NPS page it said that transaction could not be completed and the contribution was not credited. I have attached the screenshot of the transaction How do I get this amout back?
