Yesterday[protected] I have made a payment of Rs.438.48 and credited to [protected]@hdfcbank (UPI Ref no[protected].-Indian Bank towards the Agri. Insurance policy premium amount. This payment was successful, but the receipt for my UPI transfer was not generated and the process is still pending. So, I kindly request to reverse this amount to source account.

      Payment was done using QR code option at checkout page. After scanning QR code with Paytm app and making payment, billdesk payment page wasn't redirected and payment wasn't successful at merchant end.

                    For IBPS CLERK exam 2021, I paid the fee via PHONE PE UPI. Cash transferred from my account to IBPSBILLDESK on 27/10/2021. But IBPS website shows like "your previous transection failed". After that I made another payment that worked fine and got successful message.
                    Requesting first payment status and refundable date.

                                    Payment of Rs.1200/- was made towards my citibank credit card no. 4386...3802 at about[protected]:47:19). The amount is deducted from my ICICI Bank account, The transaction reference id is created and transaction status It’s shown pending.

                                    Message - We could not ascertain the status of your card transaction from the payment gateway. However, we have recorded your requestand shall verify the details and try again.
