I have made a payment of Rs1369 via Google pay using Bharat QR(Electricity bill) to WBSEDCL (billdeskbpr...@hdfcbank) on 29th july 2021 but WBSEDCL has not yet reveived the payment although the amount Rs 1369 has been debited from my account on that day.

Kindly do the needful to refund the amount as soon as possible.

      I was recharged my tatasky account yesterday and money was debited via google pay to billdesk tatasky. In googlepay recharge is done but billdesk tatasky told me amount not credited in their account. But my money was debited.

          Hi Team, I made my card payment of Rs. 59, 297.93 which is not credited into my credit card account. I've made an payment via billdesk through my RBL Bank app. See below screenshot of my netbanking statement for the payment.

            Made payment to hdfc securities through bill desk payment services tvp Rs 64353.69 amount is deducted twice with reference id[protected] and id[protected]. But not deposited to hdfc securities. Kindly help in solving issues

              Payment of Rs.1200/- was made towards my citibank credit card no. 4386...3802 at about[protected]:47:19). The amount is deducted from my ICICI Bank account, The transaction reference id is created and transaction status It’s shown pending.

              Message - We could not ascertain the status of your card transaction from the payment gateway. However, we have recorded your requestand shall verify the details and try again.

              So please let me know the status of my payment and arrange for refund if payment is not successful.

                  Payment of Rs.600/- was made towards my citibank credit card no. 4386...3930 at about 12 noon today (2.11.21). The amount is deducted from my union bank of india account, The transaction reference id is[protected]. But no receipt is generated as it does noramlly, but an error message has occcrred as below on my laptop screen; So please let me know the status of my payment and arrange for refund if payment is not successful.

                      I paid the fees of Tripura High Court through UPI via Google pay but the payment was not successful and not received by Tripura High court.
                      I did my transaction on 31.10.2021. still my money has not been refunded. I want my money back as soon as possible. This type of irresponsible behaviour i can't imagine from bill desk

                              On Oct 27, 2021, I had to make a transaction of 1600 rupees to SpiceJet and selected Paytm wallet as an option. My money was deducted however I did not receive a confirmation from SpiceJet. After calling SpiceJet, they confirmed that they haven’t received any amount from me. I raised a ticket on Paytm and Paytm closed the ticket with status as resolved and asked me to contact the merchant. However, bilkdeskutil doesn’t have a customer care number. My transaction ID is [protected] and Order ID is WPT[protected].
