I beg to say that on 21/10/2021, I made an online payment of Rs. 24, 753.84 to Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board (RSPCB) using SSO ID. The amount was debited from my account but it is not getting verified on the RSPCB portal. The Details of the transaction are as follows:

    My amount of Rs 11, 155.90 has been debited from account on 17 Oct 2021 but same has neither credited in billers account nor refunded to my account. I have already raised a complaint for the same vide reference number 1588545. But the same has not yet resolved. Kindly look into the matter and refund my amount urgently.

                I paid for ibps clerk exam 850 using Google pay. The amount had debited from my account but the payment failed. I had to pay again for 2nd time and it was paid successfully.

                  I had paid my electricity bill through billdesk through debit card to CESC kolkata on 15/10/2021 of 2010rs. Payment process was successful but I did not receive receipt of my payment though the amount was debited from my account. Please see whether the transaction was successful or not ASAP as the due date of my bill payment is on 18/10/2021.Please resolve this problem ASAP

                    Dear Sir/Madam,
                    I would like to state that today (15/10/2021) at 10.00 PM I tried to pay my monthly electricity consumption bill to Calcutta Electricity Supply Corporation (CESC) in online transaction mode via BillDesk payment gateway using Bank of India Debit card (VISA). But I am afraid that the process did not succeed. Despite the bill amount (1970/-) has been debited from my BOI A/C, it is showing that CESC could not receive it....

                    I'm sangeetha.I made online transaction on 31th May, 2021 for purpose of fees payment through billdesk .but it became failed many times.at last it became successful.but money was debited again in my account from failed transaction.but I don't know which failed transaction.I enclose my successful transaction receipt.but I don't have the failed transaction screenshot.but I has my bank account statement that has clear evidence.
                    Amount : 9000
                    Charge : 17
                    Total : 9017
                    First I made transaction using debit card so it doesn't take any charge.so, in enclosed images for failed transaction made for 9000 rupees.next I made using internet banking that took charge .but i don't have the internet banking transaction receipt.
                    Please take action immediately amd refund my money.thanking you.

                                      I paid my telephone bill of Rs.935 (bsnl bpay) on 26 August 2021, but this amount is still, (12 oct 2021) not received and my telephone was disconnected twice.The amount is deducted from my account, but this is still not received. It ha been two months since I was complaining on bsnl too, and every month the telephone bill says the amount should be paid again. I have the proof of transaction ID and payment receipt details.
