I have booked Gas Cylinder through BHARAT GAS app and amount paid through G-Pay. An amount of Rs. 865/- were deducted from my account on[protected] towards cost of gas cylinder. But the status in BPCL APP was showing that the payment was failed.
But In G-Pay the status was showing that the transaction was successful. And the amount was credited to BPCL BILLDESK. I have registered the complaint with BPCL but the amount was not credited to their account.
Neither the amount was credited to BPCL COMPANY nor credited back to my account from which the account was debited.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the justice.

    This is inform you that I paid for the bsnl broadband bill of rupees 1167 on 9 Sept 2021 through Google Pay which is not received by the bsnl office due to which bill shows pending status still. Also I have raised dispute.
    Hence I request you to to kindly resolve it at the earliest or refund it

        Payment done using Google pay UPI for electricity bill payment but it got failed and amount debited from account as contacted with Google pay customer care they say they have escalated the issue with billdesk and and not giving any information about refund date

          I have paid ₹2484 against APDCL bill successfully on Sep 24, 2021 through Google pay. But in the next month's bill ₹2484 is added. I went to local APDCL office, but they told me that the amount(₹2484) was not credited to their account. Then where is the missing money. Now I'm afraid to do further online transaction on Billdesk/Google pay and loosing faith on online platform. Kindly resolve my matter ASAP and refund my money. Thanks.br...

            I had paid the my school fees too billdesk by bhim app from my id [protected][protected]@paytm upi to [billdeskpg.[protected]@hdfcbank. The transection was succes full but my school fees is not paid till now. Kindly give my money back to me otherwise i have too go to the consumer court with all the proofs and screenshots. There is urgent need of money

For UP BED 2019 college fee payment I have been using net banking, while using net banking on dated. 08.10.2021 the site or server was down and amount 46250/- debited from my account.                     On 01/10/2021 11:29 PM and 02/10/2021 11:37 AM, I made a payment transaction of 1007.08 from my Standard Chartered bank account no. [protected] for Online Self Reporting on DOST portal through Billdesk both of them failed and the transaction didn't go through.Its been 7 days I haven't received the refund for the failed transaction

                    Request you to please provide my refund at the earliest.

                                  I made a payment of INR 4107 on 1 Oct 2021 through ICICI net banking to DHL. Amount was debited from my bank account but DHL never received payment. As per the bank, the transaction was successful from their side but failed on the BillDesk side. Please look into this urgently as my package is on hold due to this issue. Either process the payment or reverse it, whichever is easy. I have also raised a ticket for the same on BillDesk site. Ticket number is 1508174. Thanks.
