              I made a payment of INR 4107 on 1 Oct 2021 through ICICI net banking to DHL. Amount was debited from my bank account but DHL never received payment. As per the bank, the transaction was successful from their side but failed on the BillDesk side. Please look into this urgently as my package is on hold due to this issue. Either process the payment or reverse it, whichever is easy. I have also raised a ticket for the same on BillDesk site. Ticket number is 1508174. Thanks.

                I had paid Rs.572 to tatasky for recharge on 2 Oct 2021 the money has been deducted from my account but neither the recharge was done nor did the money get refunded They didn't receive the amount. I request to please refund my money back as soon as possible.

                              on september 30, i made online transaction through credit card for the application of jntuh convocation certificate via billdesk .Two times money was deducted from the account (2*607)and the status of the transaction has not updated .i request you to solve the issue update it and refund remaning amount i.e. 607 to the same card

                                    I am PAIRDHA ATCHYUTH KUMAR, I was applied migration certificate to BOIE AP and I did two transactions with transaction i'ds:-T2109301121097120877771(500 rupees) and T2109301214056090877381 (500) by using upi payments options in bill desk payments page. Transactions are successful in the payment app (phone pay), not updated in billdesk payments page. So, accept my request and solve this issue and also requesting to refund one transaction amount ( 500) to my account.

                                        On 24th Sept 2021 I paid rs 1200 for ctet Dec 2021 paper 1 and 2 both through upi QR code mode but the payment status for ctet application was not updated and showed incomplete. I waited for 48hrs to see whether it gets updated but it has been 6 days since then and it's still not updated neither have I got my money back/refunded. Please look into the matter and tell me what to do. They are not picking up their helpline numbers neither are they replying to mail.
