Hello team,
My name is Arup Majumder I paid a WBSEDCL electricity bill of Rs1144.00 through phonepe upi on 06.08.2021. The amount is debited from my account and phone pe is showing the transaction is successful but the merchant - wbsedcl is not getting any update of the transaction

        I have made a payment for hdfc loan processing fee using internet banking of standard chartered Bank via billdesk. Money got debited but still showing message that waiting confirmation from billdesk.

          I was trying to make a payment of INR 200 for bus booking from SBSTC website by the name of Ms. Durba Hati & Sandip Hati. Amount got debited but booking was not confirmed.

          I have confirmed with HDFC bank, they are saying that amount got successfully transferred to Billdesk.. Please help to get the refund of INR 200.

              Payment Deducted but not credited

              Hi billdesk team,

              My name is Khubaib, Today I made two payments of Rs 81, 094/-and Rs 4202/-towards RBL credit card through billdesk,
              I received an error message after transaction completion to try later, but money has been deducted from my ICICI account, my Rbl credit card due date is 06/08/2021 i, e today,
              And receiving this kind of service is really pathetic. Kindly do the needful and refund my money as...

              I paid the fee of DEGREE ONLINE SERVICES, TELANGANA (DOST) application through the internet banking of Kotak bank 407 rs . Amount debited and transaction completed from internet banking but, DOST doesn't received any transaction it shows failed transaction try again. I'm giving the details of transaction ID

                  Hi Team,

                  I have paid some amount using billdesk (UPI payment option - GPay) on the ts echallan website and the amount got debited from my account but not confirmed on the bill desk transaction status page in ts echallan website and hence the details aren't reflected on the website. I have shared all the required details and attachments to [protected]@billdesk.com via email today. Kindly check and either confirm/refund the amount at the earliest.

                    I booked a new connection through online payment with Transaction id (DSO[protected]) after payment if i check with customer care they are not having any kind of details on this. and i got a message saying from TATASKY ( Thank you for your interest in Tata sky. Our representative will call you shortly ) . To number([protected]) which i booked from. any i dint get any calls from TATASKY further for connection. and no confirmation message on payment made. through UPI

                        As I have made payment for a tnega-first graduate certificate online. It shows the transaction failed but the amount was debited from my account. Have done payment twice. Transaction ref.No[protected] and[protected]. Please do the transfer the amount to tnega and refund another transaction to my account.

                                I was making a contribution of 5 thousand to my e-NPS account (National Pension System) through Bill Desk payment gateway today (4 august 2021) but the transaction failed before taking me to NPS confirmation page. Amount has been debited from my paytm bank account but not credited to my NPS account. i used upi to pay it.
