I have paid- 1770/- for ccc online fees, amount deducted from my paytm payment bank and showing transaction is successful but for process not completed they are showing fees not submitted, please credit my money.

    Hii team,
    I'm Nilanchal Pradhan had made a payment for new electricity connection of amount 6585/-.The Payment was successful. Your team confirmed the transaction successful.

    Still it Passed two days there isn't a
    payment confirmation from Mo bidyut, Odisha govt Portal site and the service for new connection of electricity is not provided by Mo bidyut, odisha govt portal . After your confirmation the payment in the portal site reflect as unpaid. Plz solve my problem as soon as possible. It's Prove that How your service provide to the customer . BILLDESK is n't a trusted payment gateway for money transaction.

    Plz refund my money as soon as possible.

    I'm pratap kumar sahu had made a payment for new electricity connection of amount 4701/-.The Payment was successful but the same not reflected in https://mobidyut.com/.

    Its has been 3 days but no confirmation about payment from electric department even I visited phisically to local electric office but they are saying they haven't receive payment..

    After my payment successfull the payment in the portal site reflect as unpaid. Plz solve my problem as soon as possible. It is such worst experience that always happens with government services . BILLDESK is n't a trusted payment gateway for money transaction.

    Please don't pay money through online in https://mobidyut.com/ website.

    Please help me to resolve this issue.

      On Saturday[protected] I had applied for kvpy and during the payment the payment request was not successful. So I tried on Sunday and I tried to pay the fees using upi QR code and I had given my credentials correctly at the first time but the payment was unsuccessful and I tried second time where the payment failed again but amount was debited and I have lost my 2500 rupees. I request that my fee amount should be refunded.

I get message that amount I'd deducted, and my phonepe tranction is also successful then why it is showing like this,

                    I was trying to make a payment of INR 200 for bus booking from SBSTC website by the name of Ms. Durba Hati & Sandip Hati. Amount got debited but booking was not confirmed.

                    I have confirmed with HDFC bank, they are saying that amount got successfully transferred to Billdesk.. Please help to get the refund of INR 200.

                        My name is Khubaib, Today I made two payments of Rs 81, 094/-and Rs 4202/-towards RBL credit card through billdesk,
                        I received an error message after transaction completion to try later, but money has been deducted from my ICICI account, my Rbl credit card due date is 06/08/2021 i, e today,
                        And receiving this kind of service is really pathetic. Kindly do the needful and refund my money as...

                        Dear sir/madam,
                        I paid the fee of DEGREE ONLINE SERVICES, TELANGANA (DOST) application through the internet banking of Kotak bank 407 rs . Amount debited and transaction completed from internet banking but, DOST doesn't received any transaction it shows failed transaction try again. I'm giving the details of transaction ID

                            I have paid some amount using billdesk (UPI payment option - GPay) on the ts echallan website and the amount got debited from my account but not confirmed on the bill desk transaction status page in ts echallan website and hence the details aren't reflected on the website. I have shared all the required details and attachments to [protected]@billdesk.com via email today. Kindly check and either confirm/refund the amount at the earliest.

                              I booked a new connection through online payment with Transaction id (DSO[protected]) after payment if i check with customer care they are not having any kind of details on this. and i got a message saying from TATASKY ( Thank you for your interest in Tata sky. Our representative will call you shortly ) . To number([protected]) which i booked from. any i dint get any calls from TATASKY further for connection. and no confirmation message on payment made. through UPI
