I booked a cylender by bpcl app and payment done by Google pe payment accepted by bill desk and cylinder was not booked also money deducted from my account i complain to bpcl they gave me complaint no and I received a message that your complaint is resolved but didn't receive money now 15 days already gone

    I have paid my recent WBSEDCL electricity bills for the month of June, July, August 2021. I have used the QR Code to pay the amount through Google pay. The amount did not update in the app and still shows the bills in pending status. Both the consumer IDs are below:

        I was trying to pay my tuition fee via sbi collect. I made the transaction from the ICICI website, but instead of redirecting it showed billdesk error 1:

        Amount Deducted but Merchant says payment failure

        On 30th July 2021, I paid the electricity bill of amount Rs 8913 to WBSEDCL through Paytm App from my SBI ACCOUNT. The Payment was successful but the status on WBSEDCL site showed pending. They said, they have not recieved payment confirmation from payment gateway "BILLDESK". Now WBSEDCL says Transaction failure. The money should be returned to my account. THE UPI REFERENCE ID FROM PAYTM IS :[protected].

            This is phaneendra Koralla, my number is [protected], on July 13th July Iam try to do bill payment of this service number
            [protected] amount is 17666rs, but unexpected money was deducted from my credit card, bill payment failed. From July 13 th to still now I did not get refund money. I attached screenshot of failed transaction receipt below please find the attachment and refund my money ASAP....

                I booked ticket for lucknow zoo on 30 July 2021 at 7.51 p.m bht didn't get any confirmation for the ticket or any thing I have to go to zoo in Nxt 2 hour but it is not clear whether the ticket is booked or I wl get refund or I have to book again..

                  Today on 30th July 2021 I paid the electricity bill to WBSEDCL of an amout of Rs 8913. The payment was successful but WBSEDCL said that they did not recieved the amount from the payment gateway. I paid through Paytm using the billdesk. The UPI and reference id has been attached in the photo.

                    I have paid my electricity bill through bijli mitra app and payment was made through bill desk jvvnl. My amount Rs 2626 has been deducted but on bijli mitra and on bill desk JVVNL it is still showing unpaid.

                      I made Electric bill payment (MSEDC LTD) of Rs.6240/- through Billdesk gateway on 13/07/2021 vide transaction I'd.[protected]. The amount was debited from my bank account and I also received SMS. But the payment is not updated with MSEDC LTD and thereby I had to face the disconnection of the Electric Connection.
                      Pl.take immediate action to update the payment details with MSEDC LTD under intimation to me.pl let me know the current status immediately.

                          Respected sir, I have made two payments of Rs. 1543 and Rs. 1603 respectively via Google pay using BHARAT QR (electricity bill) to WBSEDCL (billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank) for the Month of Jul-Sep 21 against the consumer ID[protected] and[protected] on 04 Jul 2021, but wbsedcl has not yet received the payment although the amount has been debited from my SBI account.. Kindly do the needful to refund the said amount or advice me for necessary action. Attaching said transactions.
