I HAVE MADE PAYMENT VIA BILLDESK (BANK OF BARODA) FOR HDFC CARD OF Rs12640/- dated 20 july2021 from bank account no [protected] and same is debited to my account but not credited to HDFC.
Request to kind clear the issue as due date is coming and i will be charge for the same.

      This is to inform your that while paying KMC trade license (CE) renewal fees of Rs.290/- in Kolkata Municipal Corp. portal the Amount debited thru online payment of ICICI net banking (Transaction Ref. [protected]).
      BillDesk Gateway showed Transaction failed, try again later.

      I have sent mail to '[protected]@billdesk.com' asking if I have to wait for another few more hours to see if it was paid to KMC ? But no response received from their technical team.

      I want to see that the Bill has been paid to KMC or refunded back to my Bank A/c for another attempt.

      Today I pay my son kvs school fees through gpay but school site bill not showing yet plz help me by solve my ishue.
      i purchased Bajaj Allianz insurance on 05.08.2021 amount 1063/- detected but they told transaction failed. pls refund my amount .
      I Paid 6300 to KVS Bill Payment but it didn't accept the payment on website then I paid it again and it accepted so please return the first paid amount of 6300

        I sent 4-5 mails to billdesk for the failed transactions on 10 & 11th of July. Till now I didn't get refund and also no response to my mails even after I send 5 mails. Sent mail from [protected]@gmail.com. each transaction value is ₹2850 and failed 3 times and money got deducted. 2 transactions failed on 10th july evening and 1 transaction failed on 11th of July.

                      I had placed an order of grocery at dmart and made the payment online. My transaction showed it's completed and money in received by billdesk but my order was not placed in dmart also my money is deducted from bank account. Requesting you to kindly look into it n initiate the refund immediately.

                                    I have a lic policy no[protected] primium due on dated 13/5/2021 not paid on due date, but it was debited lat on dated 14/06/2021

                                    transaction ref.ACH debit/BDECS-LICMUM/TIQU33369 and

                                    transaction Id S56223843 after I paid policy primium direct through lic portal amount of Rs 6065/- and double primium payment done to lic

                                    So please refund primium amount of Rs 6065/-Auto debited by billdesk from my savings Bank account no. [protected] at Horniman circle branch mumbai.
