I paid the fee of DEGREE ONLINE SERVICES, TELANGANA (DOST) application through the UPI twice (207.08+207.08). Amount debited and transaction completed from UPI but, DOST doesn't received any transaction it shows failed transaction try again. I'm giving the details of transaction ID
