Hi Team,

I am Pradeep Tembhare, I was done gateway payment for MHADA Pune for Application No.:[protected] on 13 July 2021 via BillDesk but my payment was not successful and amount is neither refunded nor Mhada merchant received this payment against mentioned application.
I have contacted to my bank and they provided me the transaction number to check the status of transaction with BillDesk and Mhada Board.

Requesting you kindly find below details and let me know what is the current status of this gateway online payment and when it will be refunded back to my account.

      I have paid Rs 850 for IBPS RRB office assistant post through debit card of paytm payment bank on 27/06/2021 at 1:13AM. Form my side amount was debited from by account ...but ibps shows that your previous transaction was not completed ...kindly refund the amount as soon as possible ..

                                  Sir I have booked 7 tickets on Lucknow Zoo website but transaction was failed and money deducted from my SBI credit card date 15 Jun 2021 amount was 514, I did not get refund yet. Contact [protected], [protected] and Lucknow Zoo sent a msg that msg is given below

                                      While doing transaction today (23.06.2021, 9:24 AM ) in NSDL- CRA portal for contributing to my NPS account through my Saving A/c No of ICICI Bank :[protected], Rs.50000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) has been deducted Vide : BIL/ONL/[protected]/NPS Trust/XBCM
                                      FNPS_VICI00/NPS TIER I and flashed the message " Reason: Sorry. We were unable to process your transaction. We apologise for the inconvenience and request you to try again later".
                                      Now i am totally in a fix. Need immediate resolution of this problem through refund of my money Rs.50000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only).

                                        and i also got the message of detuction but in the website it is showing that
                                        payment is incomplete
                                        and even in the pdf there is written no payment done
