      On 04/05/2021 at about12/40 pm, I paid online KMC property tax of 8360/= by SBI credit card. The Card account was debited accordingly.
      But BillDesk message shows ERROR and KMC account not credited.
      Please look into the matter and advise me at your earliest

        Yesterday, I have made my fees payment of Rs 1500 for AIIMS M.Biotech registration form from UPI ID through Billdesk gateway.The amount got deducted from my bank account but the screen showed up that an error has occured.And my fee is still pending on the AIIMS site.

        Please help me to resolve the issue.

            Money deducted from bank but payment not credited to credit card account.

            I have made payment of INR 16720 on April 30, 2021 towards credit card bill using ICICI iMobile app. Transaction was successful but I got email that payment failed from billdesk. It's been 3 days and the amount did not get credited to my credit card account. I spoke to both banks and they asked to check with billdesk. @billdesk : Please resolve the issue asap.

              Yesterday I have paid 2000 rupees for my registration in west bengal university of health science. Money deducted from the card I have used but registration process is showing incomplete & redirecting me to pay again. I didn't press any refresh button .Please solve the issue as early as possible . please help.

                Dear sir
                I have paid Rs-1884/- Ruppes for insurance premium through net banking for The New India assurance co.ltd .which directed by billdesk newindiassurance for payment.I was making payment my mobile payment was successful and balance deducted by my account but not accepted by receivers party on 17.04.2021 04:32PM .Now till not refund my amount from my account.so please as soon as solve my problem.

                      Payment is done by net-banking through Billdesk portal and amount is deducted from bank account immediately but the bill is not showing as "Paid" on DHBVN website. Why ?? You are requested to fix the issue at earliest within 24 hours.

                        Sir,

                        I tried to book 3 nos. ONLINE tickets on[protected] for the Sector Mumbai - Bhubaneswar for 14-February 2021, since the connection with Air India ticketing Portal was not properly connected, tickets were not generated. Thereafter, I called up on the Air India Customer Services who advised me that if you don't get the tickets within half an hour, you may book the tickets again and the money for the first booking will be refunded to you within 2 days time.


                        Subsequently, on the same date I once again booked the tickets but failed again. Again, I called up Air India Customer services and again they informed me that in case, the tickets will not be generated you will get the refund around 2-3 days time.

                        In the above situation I booked the tickets from GO -Air.

                        The detail of debits appearing of transactions Air India on my bank account

                        as on 27/01/2021 is reflected as below:

                        Due to demise of my father, I had to visit my hometown suddenly on[protected] and was unable to track on the development in this regard. Suddenly on 7-2-2021 I received 2 emails from Air India informing that my tickets are ready for upgradation with confirmed PNR No. Y808M & Z848Z.
                        Immediately, I talked to Air India Customer Services asking them that how these tickets were confirmed when they have told me that I will get the refund against the booking which were materialised and hence asked for full refund.

                        Subsequently, on visit to Air India office at Nariman Point, it was revealed that tickets were issued manually and no information was sent to us by email/ or phone. Hence I requested for the total refund of my money after many a mails and visit a partial refund of Rs.8364/- was made on[protected] and Rs.4, 164 on[protected]. Thus a balance of Rs.6350/- is still outstanding on my account to be received from Air India LTd. I therefore request attention of your good office for refund of the balance amount at the earliest. Please note that I have already emailledd the details in this regard. You may please note that I am subjected to bear all these without any fault of mine. Details of my account no for refund of the money is as under:

                              I transfer the amount Rs500 18/04/21 Google pay Vai billdesk in lottoland. Amount completed showing in google pay billdesk but amount not credited in lottoland. Same problem in Rs500 25/04/21i attached the photo. So please Rs1000 credit my account

                                Today morning, I suddenly got a message that popped up on my phone saying my account is debited with ₹340 and I'm absolutely sure I haven't done this transaction. This widthrawl was done without any permission, otp or any kind of warning.

                                I want to know why and by whom was this amount debited?! Please contact ASAP and provide a valid reason for the above.
