    I have paid WBSEDCL bill of April '21 on 26th March Rs 1126/- from icici bank a/c[protected]. As per your version transaction is successful. But regret to inform that the said amount is debited from my bank a/c but WBSEDCL says it failure. Now advice me that what is my course of action further. This type of service is not appreciated. WBSEDCL client id :[protected] of Nitya Gopal Roy.
    I contacted three parties involved in transactions
    Icici Bank Says : Money is debited & transaction successful.
    Billdesk : Successfully updated to the merchant.
    WBSEDCL : Transaction failure, latest update on 21st Apr 2021

            I attempted a contribution of 15017 onto my eNPS account on 9th of March. Money got debited from my account and status of transaction was successful on my UPI as well. But payment status on the website was failed. My bank and paytm confirmed that money...

            I was making the transaction of 50, 000 for contibution on NPS on 19th April 2021. Money was deducted from bank account but timeout error came and I did not get any transaction number from NPS. Please help

                  We are an aggrieved subscribers of Land Line Phone Nos[protected] &[protected] which are lying dead since 1st of March 2021 till date. So many complaints, telephonic talk with higher authorities and visits there but no response. And department unable to give any date for restoration of the phone. No one visit our door in this period. Messages received stereo type complaint resolved. And over phone Take 2-3 days more. But no result. Who is liable for our business loss. More than this Bills were raised.

                  We think it looks Milli Bhagat to down BSNL & conspiracy with other Private companies to gain business.

                                Sir, On 01/04/2021 using Google Pay I transacted Rs. 2000 to one of my contact member but the transaction says "EXPIRED" also the amount was deducted. As of now today the refund amount was not credited to my account. So, kindly I request you to look upon my transaction issue and take necessary steps to refund my amount. Thank You!
