Hi

I had contributed Rs. 4000 towards NPS from my HDFC account today (4th April 2021) but the transaction failed before reaching the NPS acknowledgement page. The money was deducted from my account but I have not received any confirmation from NPS regarding the same. Please find attached the details for the same as word document.

    I paid my electric bill through vidyut sahayogi app from my phone pe account [protected]. Rs. 1367 amount debited from my account, but bill payment not success. I attach screenshot .Please return my money. I[censored] do not solve my problem then I will complain to consumer forum.

      Hello

      I have made a payment of Rs 51000 /- on 31st March for my SBI credit card. Amount is debited from my bank account but not credited in SBI credit card statement.
      Neither I have received any mail or confirmation from Bill desk.

      Request you to please acknowledge and help in resolving the issue.

        Hello

        I have made a payment of Rs 51000/ on 31st March 2021 ( Time 04: 31 pm)

        The amount was deducted from my ICICI bank account but the same is not credited in my SBI credit card statement. The due date of my SBI credit card is approaching.

        Please help me in resolving the issue.

          I have recharge for tata sky plan but recharge was unsuccessful and ammout debited from my account 715 rs. Kindly pay back the same amount in bank account .

            ICICI Bank Credit Card payment has been done from BillDesk HDFC but the amount of Rs40999 is not reflected in the Credit Card, I still see the outstanding balance is 40999. I did the payment in 26 March 2021 but still the amount is not reflected in Credit Card. By Credit Card Due date is coming on 5th April 2021. Don't want to be charged falsely when I have already done the payment

              LIC Premium Plan Payment Failed But Money Debited from Account

              Hello Sir/Madam,
              I've made an online payment for my LIC Premium Plan through BillDesk Gateway with SBI Online Banking Method. So far I got the OTP and entered then SBI INB site it displayed like "currently we're facing some network issue on our server but we're progressing your payment so wait 1 or 2 hours then you'll receive the status." (I don't remember exact sentences displayed, that's why explained in my English)

                      Hi Team,

                      yesterday 31st march i have made payment of 17823.32 for RBL credit card and amount got deducted from my SBI savings account but its not credited to RBL credit card account nor i received any message from the bill desk.

                      Please acknowledge and help me in this regard.

                              I have paid an amount of rs.41010/- against my pspcl bill on 30.03.2021 and the details in my bank statement are shown as EBANK:[protected]/PSPCLLTD/VBBC[protected]/BILLDESK. The amount is debited from my bank account but is not credited against my PSPCL bill. Today is the last date of bill payment. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                                    I have applied for my exam using billdesk.

                                    Money has been deducted from my account but after completion of payment .. it shows the page is unavailable even after the payment for 2nd time... I have lost 4000 without completion of my application...
