Amount is debited-but not credited/services not received /biller account not credited
Hi Team,
yesterday 31st march i have made payment of 17823.32 for RBL credit card and amount got deducted from my SBI savings account but its not credited to RBL credit card account nor i received any message from the bill desk.
Please acknowledge and help me in this regard.
Same has been notified to bill desk support

I have paid an amount of rs.41010/- against my pspcl bill on 30.03.2021 and the details in my bank statement are shown as EBANK:[protected]/PSPCLLTD/VBBC[protected]/BILLDESK. The amount is debited from my bank account but is not credited against my PSPCL bill. Today is the last date of bill payment. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

I had made my HDFC Credit Card payment Via Bill Desk on 30th March 2021
The amount is deducted from my SBI account, but the same is not credited to my HDFC Card account nor I get any confirmation message from bill desk.

Regarding the Money deduction while applying for the exam using this billdesk
I have applied for my exam using billdesk.
Money has been deducted from my account but after completion of payment .. it shows the page is unavailable even after the payment for 2nd time... I have lost 4000 without completion of my application...

Payment of Rs 300/- Deducted but not paid for the TRBT TET Exam fee.
Address: Khayerpur
On[protected] at about 2115 hrs I paid Rs 300/- through PAYTM UPI transaction which reference no.[protected] for online free submission for TET Examination which is https://trbonline.tripura.gov.in/index.jsp.
Where as the transaction was successful, but the payment for TRBT TET EXAM fee was not successful.
So may I kindly request you to take N/A
Note: there was no billdesk transaction no that's why I am sharing the UPI reference no.[protected]

Money debited for INICET application form, but unsuccessful payment !
On 26/03/2021 1:23 am I’ve tried to complete my INICET application form by payment via upi gpay scan in option 2 . It was directed to billdesk, then I’ve successfully paid 2, 000/- . Amount was debited from my account but my application form payment was still not completed . Then, I made another payment via sbi internet banking through option 1 . I need you to look into the matter and do refund my 2, 000 rs.

I was filling the inicet form on 27 March 2021 and in payment option I paid through upi to inicet via billdesk as the amount deducted from my account to billdesk but the payment is not completed in the inicet formbas it is showing the payment option incomplete.Plz do needful as soon as possible
