I had paid my credit card bill 6th March but it is still not visible that I have paid it. The payment was successful from my side but still you have not updated it....

I have done online payment for MGVCL through billdesk gateway on Mar 04, 2021, 23:41 pm with Transaction No.VT[protected] for the amount of Rs.5494.40 but money got deducted from my SBI account and I have not received any Bill Slip or message or mail through MGVCL regarding Bill confirmation. So If the bill is paid or not ? Kindly Refund....
[protected] is the transaction ID bhim . The transaction took place on 1 st march 2021.
I paid 1280 bill however the transaction was failed and they said they would refund within 3 worning days. It did not come yet.

I paid rs 24820 on reliance Nippon portal as my insurance premium. I used billdesk as gateway and used gpay as payment method.
On billdesk portal my payment went through but after billdesk redirected me to reliance site and I got an error on reliance site.. MONEY got deducted from my account.
After that I contacted reliance customer care and they said they didn't received my payment..
