I have made payments of Rs.500 and Rs.2000 on 27/02/2021 through Axis Net Bankingto the Direcorate of Town and Country Planning via Bill Desk Gateway vide INB[protected] and INB[protected] respectively. Both the payments Rs.547.20 and Rs.2047.20 have been debited from my account and payments have not yet been received. Whether the payments credited to the beneficiary or not. If not, please do reverse back the above payments to my account at an early date.

    On 27/02/2021 I have made payments to Direcorate of Town Country Planning for Rs.500 and Rs.500 via Bill Desk Gateway vide INB[protected] and INB[protected]. But both the payment amount Rs.547.20 and Rs.547.20 had been debited from my account, and the payment acknowledgement have not been received. Whether the payments have been paid to the beneficiary or not. If not credited please please do reverse the debited amounts to my account at an early date.
