Hello, I initiated a payment of 8000 rs from Bhim app to npstrust.[protected]@hdfc.

Money has been deducted from my account but it's not yet credited to beneficiary.
The beneficiary is npstrust.[protected]@hdfcbank

      I have done online payment for MGVCL through billdesk gateway on Mar 04, 2021, 23:41 pm with Transaction No.VT[protected] for the amount of Rs.5494.40 but money got deducted from my SBI account and I have not received any Bill Slip or message or mail through MGVCL regarding Bill confirmation. So If the bill is paid or not ? Kindly Refund.

        [protected] is the transaction ID bhim . The transaction took place on 1 st march 2021.
        I paid 1280 bill however the transaction was failed and they said they would refund within 3 worning days. It did not come yet.
        Please confirm the status.

            Money LOST because session expired on merchant

            I paid rs 24820 on reliance Nippon portal as my insurance premium. I used billdesk as gateway and used gpay as payment method.
            On billdesk portal my payment went through but after billdesk redirected me to reliance site and I got an error on reliance site.. MONEY got deducted from my account.
            After that I contacted reliance customer care and they said they didn't received my payment..

            ITS BEEN 4 DAYS AND MY DUE...

                        On 27/02/2021 I have made payments to Direcorate of Town Country Planning for Rs.500 and Rs.500 via Bill Desk Gateway vide INB[protected] and INB[protected]. But both the payment amount Rs.547.20 and Rs.547.20 had been debited from my account, and the payment acknowledgement have not been received. Whether the payments have been paid to the beneficiary or not. If not credited please please do reverse the debited amounts to my account at an early date.
