Electricity bill amount not updated in bijli mitra app
I have paid my electricity bill and i paid it using Bijli mitra via phone pe. At phonepe end, transaction was successful and the amount was deducted, but on Bijli mitra app was crasheded. So, on bijlimitra app the bill is still due and in payment history also not reflected.

I have paid an amount of INR 100305.00/- from my ICICI account towards my INDUSIND credit card on 24/DEC/2020 through the below BILL desk page provided by INDUSIND (Swift Pay)

I haven't received any update from the INDUSIND regarding the above bill I have paid on 24/DEC/2020 and no update in my ICICI account as well as the transaction is showing as SUCCESS where as the receipt generated by BILL DESK (Indusind) showing as pending.
Can you please confirm whether this amount will be forwarded to the INDUSIND or else send it back to my ICICI account from where I have initiated the payment.
I just got the confirmation from the INDUSIND customer care today that they did not received the payment and it has already went in to over due even though have paid it a day in advance to the due date.
Paid date : 24/DEC/2020
Due date : 25/DEC/2020
The delay in processing the above amount from BILL DESK might incur me extra charges from INDUSIND because of late payment charges.

Amount debited but not credited to vadodara municipal corporation
I was made a payment of vadodara muncipal corporation tax through net banking o[censored]nion bank of india during payment process transaction failed and amount debited from my bank account and not credited to VMC and payment receipt not generated nor 14 digit billdesk payment ref no generated and still refund of payement not done, i was contacted to bank but they said to contact to billdesk because payment is at billdesk
