I have done a transaction for amount rs 303 transaction id - ipt[protected] transaction date - 07april 2017 at 05:35pm paid to billdeskutil for jio summer plan. The payment is deducted from my paytm wallet however there is no confirmation of payment to jio from your side. According to jio representative jio did not receive the payment.

Need your help in resolving and reverting back the payment to my paytm wallet

Updated by basudev baral I recharge 303 my jio number on 7/4/2017 at 6.00pm through paytm.wallet balance dudected but recharge not done.Id [protected].pzl help.
