I am a post paid PhotonMax HCL CUG customer. This month 25th I have tried to pay 1, 011.00. rupees from tatadocomo portal towards my latest bill. Unfortunately transaction was unsuccessful after the bank payment, money has been deducted and I haven't received any refund yet. Transaction details: BIL/[protected]/tata_poton_bill pay/TATAINDICOM_M. Transaction Amount 1, 011.00 rupees through ICICI bank transfer. Find the attached screenshots for your reference.
