Billdesk — balance has been deducted from my bank account and tataphoton billpayment was unsucessfull - payment refund status

I am a post paid PhotonMax HCL CUG customer. This month 25th I have tried to pay 1, 011.00. rupees from tatadocomo portal towards my latest bill. Unfortunately transaction was unsuccessful after the bank payment, money has been deducted and I haven't received any refund yet. Transaction details: BIL/[protected]/tata_poton_bill pay/TATAINDICOM_M. Transaction Amount 1, 011.00 rupees through ICICI bank transfer. Find the attached screenshots for your reference. Please do the needful.

I Have recharged 2 times for the mobile No: [protected] by Rupees of 108.00 @ 12th august-2014, . for the both recharges amount took from my bank account. But Till now one of the recharge is Pending status.
Please help me to re found and finish the pending status.
