[Resolved]  Billdesk — Bescom payment failed but deducted from account

Our payment to bescom monthly bill from bescom online services portal was paid and deducted from my bank account.

But we received a "failure" from billdesk as shown in attached picture.

Kindly look into this as bescom a/c still shows bill amount pending.
