Dear Sir, I, K Chandrasekhar, having account with sbi sb ac no. [protected]. I have a LIC policy No.[protected]. And I opted for autopay option to pay my quarterly premium to LIC policy but you didn't debited right time. So I paid it manually. But again you have debited Rs. 6500/- my account on 22/10/2014 Ref No.[protected] and transaction No. IB19901456. But you have neither credited to my LIC policy not to my sbi sb account. So please refund my amount to sb account. I am very grateful to you if problem is resolved as early as possible as i am in need of money. Thank you. Regards, K Chandrasekhar
