I made a payment of ₹10574 for SBI credit card on SBI APP PAYNET BILLDESK Through UPI From my bank account the amount got debitted from me but the payment at Billdesk was failed i want my refund ASAP I have attached the photos of successfull transaction and the failed report also Rs10574.0 [protected]@SBI UPI frm A/cX5441 on 05Sep21 RefNo[protected]. Sep 7, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved They sent an email regarding the payment to the merchant and i got a message also that my credit card received the payment thank you consumer complaints for my work BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
