Billdesk — bill paid but order has not placed

I have paid 665.7 to kfc website through paytm .It shows amount has been paid from paytm but no response about the order . My paytm number is [protected] on 28/11/2018 at 6:50pm . And my transaction I'd through which I have paid my amount through bill desk is PPT[protected]. respond . And my paytm transaction I'd is [protected].
There is no response when we called u too . So please do Check and write to me immediately .
