Billdesk — bill payment failed and not get refunded | |||
My self Shambhushan Dalvi. I did UPI transaction through Google pay app on 29 March 2019 time 5:32 pm to pay MSEDC bill. UPI Transaction ID[protected]. MSEDC account holder is my father Mr. Ghansham Shridhar Dalvi. The amount deducted and bill payment failed. My bank said amount credited to the beneficiary account. But i dont get online receipt from MSEDC . I dont know exactly what to do.If it is paid then I need payment receipt otherwise i need refund. Was this information helpful? | |||

My online payment to nptel failed to process the transaction after debiting my account of rupees 2217.98 The money was not paid to nptel so please refund the money to my account.
