Billdesk — billdesk - bsnl chennai telephone landline bill payment through bsnl portal error, incomplete transaction but amount debited from bank account | |||||
I started an online transaction on 7 november 2017 at 4:30pm amounting rs.1287.00 using hdfc netbanking to pay bsnl broadband bill on portal. Bsnl.in using billdesk payment gateway. The amount was debited from my account but the transaction was interrupted inspire of a fast internet connection, and the transaction failed, the bsnl website did not identify the transaction being completed. It would be of great help if you could either transfer the money to bank through the billdesk gateway, or refund the amount directly back to my savings bank account.
