I have used 'bill desk' services to pay the electricity bill of nbpdcl (North bihar power distribution company limited) as on[protected], 01:56:48 pm. But yet payment has not been received to nbpdcl from bill desk payments, while amount had been deduced from bank account and transaction status shows successful. I therefore request to you kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible. So that our faithful relation make more stronger. For this act of sympathy i shall be obliged forever.
