My name is SK BASHEER and I made online payment Rs 610.50 with BillDesk to Andhra Pradesh St BILL_APSCOHE Payment through SBI NETBANKING Dated 28/05/2018 and ACCOUNT NO IS [protected] and transaction was successful but at the same day Rs 600 Bill paid by rupay debit card. I made double payment to Andhra Pradesh St BILL_APSCOHE Payment. The first transaction was successful but i didn;t get payment receipt.
