Billdesk — billdesk is waiting for response from bank

I was paying nptel exam registration fee all is going well until the last moment where due to some error it shows transaction failed sit when checking nptel cart it shows payment ongoing also there is mail on my email I'd where it shows Your Transaction Status : BillDesk is waiting for Response from Bank and amount /money is debited from my account

I did a transaction of Rs 5000 from my bank to kotak mutual fund. Amount is deducted from my account however I got the message
"Transaction has been interrupted on account of Payment Gateway Failure with Reason BillDesk is waiting for Response from Bank".

I paid credit card bill of amount Rs100550 by RBL app using billdesk and is debited from my account but not reflect in RBL app.
RBL did not get any amount from billdesk.
At the time of payment it was showing that billdesk is waiting for response from bank
