Billdesk — billdesk online transaction error | |||||
While I had initiated online transaction amount Rs. 43538/- from ICICI bank to the Manapuram Finance on 04th July 2018. The amount was debited from my account but was not reflected back at the receiver end even after 2 days. While paying online an Error showing: Reason : " Sorry. We were unable to process your transaction. We apologies for the inconvenience and request you to try again later". Till date the amount is not even credited back to my account.
