Billdesk — billdesk online transaction problem jio phone booking

Dear sir,
I am sanju sci and my issue is a transaction was failed while booking reliance jio phone but payment was debited through net-banking, and transaction id was given on screen,
Transaction id: null
Transaction : os reliance jio [protected]/
Chq/ref no pg-[protected]
But message was not came to mobile from reliance jio
So kindly solve my problem sir
