Billdesk — billdesk payment failed for coinome (hatio innovations) | |||||
I have a made payment of rs 30k on 22nd december 2017 hatio innovations pvt ltd (Which is also a initiative of billdesk i. E coinome exchange) through billdesk, amount was deducted from my account but it got failed at billdesk website. I have bank transaction reference number[billdesk payment/71005779], my bank is union bank of india. Initially it was showing pending status and coinome and later on changed to failed. Request you to either credit amount in wallet or refund to my bank account. Its been 5 days and i tried to contact through [protected]@coinome.com/ [protected]@billdesk.com but didn't received any update. Please look into it on priority. Was this information helpful? | |||||
