Billdesk — billdesk successful transaction completed but the account holders have not received/credited the money | |||
Dear sir/madam, I've done the one transaction about rs 383.57 on 03.12.2017 at 12:56:46 west bengal state electricity distribution company limited. But they are saying that "failure: we have not received any payment confirmation from payment gateway as it is a failure transaction" that i have done through online transaction. Please refund the money so that i can do the further process. Please post a complaint to billdesk organization so that they can solve this problem and the money will be credited to my account.
