Billdesk — BPCL domestic LPG payment debited from Gpay to Billdesk but refill status is online payment failure

Respected sir/madam,
I Have made online payment Rs.837.50 to book BPCL LPG on 15/07/2021. The transaction is successful and amount is debited from my bank account to billdeskpg.[protected]@icic. But in the BPCL booking refill status showing payment is failure and I didn't receive any receipt after emailing to [protected]@billdesk.com. I request to return or refund to my paid money to my account, if not to my LPG prepaid account. I hope you will take action. It's really online transaction is unsafe I feel but Indian government say to go for digital India. Please help.
