Billdesk — bsnl bill payment not received.

On 27/05/2018 i have made a payment of rs 1764 towards my bsnl phone bill through billdesk by my bank of maharashtra debit card no [protected] savings account no [protected] nigdi, pune branch, but this payment was not credited to bsnl still my account was debited by rs 1764. Therefore i have made this payment again on the same day and it was successful.
I request you to please refund my amount as soon as possible.

Electricity bill payed through JVVNL APP /BILLDESK but the same is not reflecting with them. Late payment charges are being levied...

Also, there is no response from the helpline provided...

I muthyala Hari Krishna ( TS[protected] ) tried to pay Rs.200 using SBI ePay for TSPSC Village revenue office (vro) online amount debited from my account, and it is showing Transaction failed, and i tried 3 times 600 debited from my account .if I go for application status it is showing again to pay the amount. Please solve the issue

Yesterday i will use billdesk software for recharge Rs319 bsnl mobile [protected] but recharge failed message come but bank deducted Rs 319, so please return my cash
