[Resolved] Billdesk — Bsnl landline bill payment | |||||
Dear Sir/madam, on[protected] I made online payment for BSNL Landline bill of Rs 775.The amount is debited from my bank account but still now it is not credited in BSNL account. Bsnl website shows the amount is still not credited.the sudden server down affected the process. I did not recieved any message from Billdesk to my email or mobile number.i am really afraid, the money is debited from my bank account .. please solve the issue immediately. The details regarding the transaction are given below, Land line number : [protected] transaction date :[protected] Time : 09:57 am, Debited or payed amount : Rs 775.
