Billdesk — Bsnl mobile top up amount debited from bank account but not added to mobile account balance

On[protected] morning, I used bsnl portal for making a topup of Rs 190 to my mobile number through online banking with Andhra bank and I got the message “ Hot payment successful” and the amount of Rs.189 is debited from my bank account through transaction id IB/INDIA/BSNLPRE/IADB[protected].
But so far I have not received the confirmation mail to my mail id from bsnl and the amount is not added to my mobile account balance or refund the amount to my bank account. Kindly do the needful... Chitra

मेरे बैंक से पैसा कट गया पर पालसी मे पैसा जमा नही हुआ इसके बारे मे बताना है की या तो पालसी मेंपेड कर दिया जाय या मेरा पैसा वैकमे वापस कर दिया जार्ट
