Billdesk — BSNL-online Payment through BillDesk- ICICI Bank-Amount Deducted in Account-Not Received at BSNL end

I made online payment for BSNL Landline[protected] bill of amount Rs.770-00 on 05/03/2017. The bill amount has been deducted from my ICICI Bank account but not received by BSNL. The Transaction ID with remark in my account is BIL /[protected] / LandlinePayment / BSNLPOST HIC151
Please resolve my problem so that i can recover my amount and be able to pay my bill before due date which is 28/03/2017. Please note that I am regularly choosing BILLDESK and this is the first time that encountered this problem.
